Warband Survivors is a game. We keep only what the game needs to save your progress across phones and to make sure every purchase is delivered once. We do not sell your data, and the game shows no ads.
What we keep

| A random account ID, made on first launch | To know which progress and purchases are yours. It is not linked to your name, email or phone number. |
| Your game progress (the cloud save), including the hero name you choose | So you can keep playing on a new phone or after a reinstall. |
| If you sign in with Apple or Google: the ID that Apple or Google gives our app for you | To find your account again on another phone. We do not receive or keep your password, and we do not ask for your email. |
| Purchase records: the store, the transaction ID, the item and the date | To confirm each purchase with Apple or Google, deliver it exactly once, and restore it. |
Payments are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your card or payment details.
What we don't keep
- No advertising IDs, contacts, location, photos or microphone.
- Your internet address is used only briefly, in memory, to stop abuse (too many new accounts from one address). The game's server does not store it with your account.
Others who process data
- Apple and Google, for sign-in and purchases, under their own privacy policies.
- Unity, the engine the game is built with, may send anonymous technical information about the device (such as the model and operating system version) to Unity Technologies.
- Our server is hosted in a data centre run by OVHcloud.
How long we keep it
Your account, cloud save and purchase records are kept while your account exists. Purchase records may be kept longer where the law requires records of sales. Backups are overwritten within about a month.
Deleting your data
Email hello@cstsolution.com with the account ID shown in the game's Settings. We will delete the account, its cloud save and its sign-in links within 30 days. Deleting the game from your phone removes the progress stored on that phone.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has an account, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If the game starts to collect anything new (for example, if ads are added), this page will be updated before that version is released, and the date above will change.
